A 20-minute video call for us to explore working together and what that looks like. We can discuss your concerns, your goals, your vision and then see if I am a good fit to support you on your journey.

1-1 Deep Dive

This is where we will look at the baseline of your health and fitness. We will discuss next steps and recommendations that you can implement straight away. It is a starting point to making you feel better, stronger and even more confident.

This works well for women who just need clarity on their next steps or maybe want to see more results, but they have the confidence and ability to implement them in practice.

It may also be for you if you want a taste of what a longer term coaching program will look like but you are unsure of the option you want to go with. The payment of this package can go towards a larger package.

  • Comprehensive health history and symptom assessment based upon a questionnaire and diet audit.

  • 75 minute consultation to review your current goals and assess the area that is of high priority to you.

  • Thorough look at your current training program in accordance with your health goals.

  • Personalised diet and lifestyle advice that can be implemented immediately.

1-1 PT and Online Health Coaching

This is my signature offering, providing you with weekly personal training sessions, long term nutrition and lifestyle support, accountability and guidance which will be fine tuned and adapted accordingly to keep you on track. We will start with a deep dive analysis and then plan ahead. We will continue adapting as we go to ensure that you are getting the results that you want, whilst providing you with the tools to reach your goals.

This signature offering is for women who are ready to fully commit to improving their health and understanding their own unique physiology as a woman by working with their cycles accordingly to optimise their training and performance. This is for women who thrive on accountability and support, and may have multiple goals, complex concerns and needs in depth help with hormone balance.

  • Comprehensive health history and symptom assessment based upon a questionnaire and diet audit.

  • 60 minute initial video call to discuss the first area of focus and first steps that you can implement immediately.

  • 2 - 30 minute coaching calls per month, keeping you accountable and making adjustments if needed to ensure that you are getting the results that you want and moving towards your goals.

  • 4 - 1 hour personal training sessions per month (Mill Hill or Hemel Hempstead based) where we can get you stronger and more comfortable with your program and certain lifts depending on your goals.

  • 3 month personalised nutritional advice, lifestyle and supplement supplement advice (*must be reviewed by your GP*).

  • 3 month bespoke training program that aligns with your cycle, ensuring that you can always train and preform at your best.

  • Unlimited WhatsApp support between sessions for you to ask any questions and celebrate wins.

  • Accountability, support, encouragement and guidance throughout.
